What is a Meesho label cropper?

A Meesho label cropper turns the label PDF from Meesho's Supplier Panel into pages you can print on a 4 x 6 inch thermal label printer. In Meesho's PDF, every A4 page holds one order — the shipping label with its Product Details table at the top and the tax invoice underneath — which wastes most of an A4 sheet.

How to crop Meesho labels

Download the label PDF for your orders from the Meesho Supplier Panel.
Upload it — click the upload area or drag the PDF onto it. You can add several PDFs at once.
Choose a layout: Label Only, Single Page (label and invoice together) or Separate Pages.
Pick your options: Sort by SKU, Multi quantity on top, and Print pick list.
Click "Crop Labels", then print the preview on 4 x 6 inch paper at actual size, or download it.

The three layouts

Single Page (default): the label and its invoice, upright, one above the other on one 4 x 6 page. The invoice always travels with its parcel, and you use one label per order.
Separate Pages: the label on one 4 x 6 page and the invoice on the next. Both are wider than they are tall, so each is turned 90° to print about 50% larger.
Label Only: just the shipping labels, turned 90° to print large, with the invoices left out. You can also draw your own crop area on the first label — the same area, at the same size, is then cut from every page.

Sorting and the pick list

Multi quantity on top: orders with more than one item (or more than one SKU) come first.
Sort by SKU: orders are arranged by SKU from A to Z, so identical products are grouped. With both options off, Meesho's original order is kept.
Pick list: a summary at the start of the PDF with every SKU, size and colour and the total quantity of each, sorted by SKU. The SKU, size, colour and quantity come from each label's Product Details table.

Are your label PDFs safe?

Your PDFs are not uploaded to Storerivo's server. They are read and cropped by your own browser, so customer names, addresses and order details stay on your device. The latest cropped PDF is kept in your browser's cache so the preview can show it with the right file name, and it is replaced the next time you crop labels. See our privacy page for details.

Limitations and common problems

It is built for Meesho Supplier Panel label PDFs with the label and invoice on the same page. Pages without the Product Details table are skipped.
Upload the original PDF. Scanned copies, or PDFs re-saved as images, have no readable text, so the labels can't be found.
Each page is drawn in your browser to find the crop edges, so large files take longer — processing time depends on your device.
The preview inside the page needs a browser with a built-in PDF viewer. On most phones, use Print or Download instead.

What does the Meesho Label Cropper do?

Which layout should I choose?

"Single Page" (the default) prints the label and its invoice together on one 4 x 6 page, so the invoice always travels with the parcel and you use half the labels. "Separate Pages" puts the label and the invoice on their own pages, each printed larger. "Label Only" leaves the invoices out.

Why are the label and invoice turned sideways in Separate Pages?

Meesho's label and invoice are both wider than they are tall. On their own 4 x 6 pages they are turned 90° so they print about 50% larger, which makes barcodes easier to scan. In Single Page, the label and invoice stay upright, one above the other.

What is the pick list?

The pick list is a summary page at the start of the PDF listing every SKU, size and colour in your orders with the total quantity of each, sorted by SKU — so you can collect all the products from your shelves before packing.

How are the labels sorted?

With "Multi quantity on top", orders with more than one item come first. With "Sort by SKU", orders are arranged by SKU from A to Z so identical products are grouped. Turn both off to keep Meesho's original order.

Can I choose the crop area myself?

Yes, with the "Label Only" layout. Click "Select crop area" to open your first label, then drag to draw the area, move it or resize it from a corner. The same area, at the same size, is cut from every page. Click "Use automatic" to go back to automatic detection.

Can I crop many Meesho labels at once?

Yes. A PDF can have any number of pages, and you can select several PDFs together — all their labels are placed in a single output PDF.

Do I need an account to use the Meesho Label Cropper?

No. It needs no account or sign-up — open the page, upload your label PDF and crop.

Are my label PDFs uploaded or stored?

Your PDFs are not uploaded to Storerivo's server — they are read and cropped by your browser on your device. To show the preview with the correct file name, the latest result is kept in your browser's cache on your device and is replaced the next time you crop labels.

How do I print the labels on a thermal printer?

Click "Print" under the preview (or open the downloaded PDF) and, in the print dialog, select your thermal printer, choose 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm) paper and print at actual size (100% scale) so the barcodes are not resized.
