Privacy and data handling

This policy explains what happens to information on Storerivo's public website and tools, which cookies we use, and the choices and rights you have. In short: our tools work inside your browser and never upload what you type or the files you use, and analytics cookies are only used if you accept them.
Who we are
This website is operated by Storerivo, which decides how the limited personal data described here is used. For any privacy question, request or complaint, email privacy@storerivo.com.
Files and details you use in our tools
- Invoice Generator: customer details, amounts, notes and your logo are used only by your browser to build the PDF. They are not sent to our server or saved, and are cleared when you refresh or close the page.
- Amazon Label Cropper: your label PDFs — which include customer names and addresses — are read and cropped by your browser and are not uploaded. The most recent cropped PDF is kept in your browser's cache on your device so the preview can show it with the right file name; it is replaced the next time you crop labels, and you can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.
- Flipkart Label Cropper: works the same way — your label PDFs are cropped in your browser, not uploaded, and only the most recent result is kept in your browser's cache.
- Sharing: if you use "Share on WhatsApp" or "Share via Gmail", the file goes to the app or service you choose, under that service's own privacy policy.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used — for example which pages are visited, which websites and search engines bring people here, and roughly which country and type of device visitors use. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
When you use a tool, we also record that it was used — such as "labels cropped" with the number of labels, or "invoice generated" with whether it was downloaded or shared. We never send the contents of your files, invoices, customer details or amounts to Google Analytics.
Google processes this data for us under the Google data processing terms and Google's privacy policy, and it may be processed on Google's servers outside India. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We have turned off advertising features and Google signals, and analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Your choices
- at any time. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and its cookies are deleted from this site.
- You can also block Google Analytics everywhere with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or clear cookies in your browser settings. Every tool keeps working without analytics.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server that hosts Storerivo may keep standard access logs — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — to keep the site secure and fix problems. Our fonts are served from our own website.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and, if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR — you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data about you, withdraw consent at any time (as easily as you gave it), and raise a grievance. Email privacy@storerivo.com and we will reply within 30 days. Because we don't have accounts and analytics uses a random ID rather than your name, we usually can't link data to you; deleting this site's cookies in your browser removes that ID.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
Children
Storerivo is made for sellers and businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If the way Storerivo handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
